Our shipping policy

Philippines Only Shipping
At this time, we can ship orders only to Philippine destinations.

Order Processing
Orders are processed daily, from Monday to Friday (Except on Holidays). Orders received by 3:30 PM (Manila time, or 0730 GMT) on a regular business day are processed on the same day while orders received after these times are processed on the next business day. A ‘business day’ is defined as any day from Monday to Friday, excluding Philippine holidays.

Shipping
Orders/Products are normally dispatched on the same day that they were processed. For orders/products to be delivered to a destination, please allow 2 to 4 business days from process date for delivery.

Our authorized courier reserves the right to refuse to ship items that are restricted from carriage by air transport regulations or the regulations of its air carrier partners. The terms specified under the Conditions of Contract of our authorized courier apply on packages shipped through them.

In addition, our authorized courier applies an insurance charge of 1% of the value of goods to be shipped.

Undeliverable Packages
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund (exclusive of shipping charges and charges levied by the card company). Please email us at undelivered@pinoydvd.biz under the following:

  1. if you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed after 4 days from date of shipment, or
  2. you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date
