Our merchandise returns policy

You may only return defective or erroneous items sold and fulfilled by PinoyDVD within 15 days from date of delivery for a full refund. Items should be returned unopened and in their original packaging. We will accept returns of opened items only if the contents are found to be defective, and only within the 15-day limit. Our courier will pick up the returnable items and we will shoulder the return shipping costs. We will only allow one return transaction per order.

Packing and Sending Your Return
You can pack and send your return to us in just a few simple steps.

  1. Advise us of your returns by email at returns@pinoydvd.biz. Please include the following information:
    • Date of original order
    • Order number
    • Item/s to be returned
    • Reason for returning the item
    • Action to be taken, whether you would like a replacement (same item), a refund, or store credits
  2. Once we get an advise from our courier, we will send you a confirmation on the pick up date (note that confirmation will not specify a pickup time). In case you fail to turnover the items to our carrier on designated pickup date, advise us immediately so that we can reschedule a pickup. We will only allow for one (1) reschedule, otherwise, it will be your responsibility in returning the items to us.
  3. Download the Return Form using this link https://www.pinoydvd.biz/return_slip.pdf (Adobe Acrobat Reader required) or just copy/write the Return Form on a piece of paper.
  4. Pack the items along with the Sales Invoice and the completed Return Form.
  5. Leave the package for your mail carrier to pick up. Make sure that you keep a copy of the return airway bill until you get a confirmation from us on the receipt of the returned item.

Replacement
If you receive a defective item and want to replace it with the same item, we will ship to you the replacement free of shipping charges, provided that said item is on stock. Please note that it takes us 2 to 3 business days to process replacement items once the returned items are received in our warehouse.

Store Credits
If we cannot replace your defective items, we will credit your account with the value of the returned items including the shipping costs. If the returned items are part of a multi-item shipment, your credit will be pro-rated based on the weight of the returned items over the total weight of the items shipped.

You can use your credits to purchase any item in our list and even pay for shipping charges, provided, that total amount due during checkout is either PHP 0.00 or more than Php 99.99. Credit Card policies restrict us from processing payments below PHP 100.00. Please note that it takes us 2 to 3 business days to process your store credit once the returned items are received in our warehouse. Once processed, you will receive an email confirming your store credits. Store credits are non-transferable and not convertible to cash.

Refund
If we cannot replace your defective items, we can also refund your account with the value of the returned items including the shipping costs. If the returned items are part of a multi-item shipment, your refund will be pro-rated based on the weight of the returned items over the total weight of the items shipped. We’ll process your refund in the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 2 to 3 business days of our receiving your return and send you a notification to confirm this event.

Gift Returns
If the item you are returning was given to you as a gift, the following return options apply:

  • Replacement – Provided that the returned item is in stock, we will ship to you the replacement free of charge.
  • Store Credits – We will provide store credits to the original PinoyDVD account from where the purchase was made
  • Refund – The returned item will be refunded to the original form of payment of the account holder. i.e., the credit card used to purchase the returned item

Undeliverable Packages
If the address is incorrect or outdated, the package is typically returned to us by the carrier or the unintended recipient. Please double-check your address carefully when placing a new order. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we will issue a refund (exclusive of shipping charges and charges levied by the card company). Please email us at undelivered@pinoydvd.biz under the following:

  1. if you suspect your order cannot be delivered as addressed after 4 days from date of shipment, or
  2. you have not received confirmation of its return or refund after 4 weeks from the estimated delivery date
