Typographical errors
In the event a PinoyDVD product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, PinoyDVD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. PinoyDVD shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, PinoyDVD shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.

Term and termination
These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the web site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any of them, may be terminated by PinoyDVD without notice at any time for any reason. The provisions relating to Copyrights, Trademark, Disclaimer, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification and Miscellaneous, shall survive any termination.

Payment Terms
PinoyDVD charges in Philippine Peso. The dollar equivalent posted is an approximate conversion based on the latest available USD-PHP exchange rate. If your credit card is locally issued, you will be billed in PESO. If you own a foreign issued credit card, your credit card bills you in your credit card’s preferred currency. Your actual charge will be determined by the exchange rate used by your credit card company. The buyer will have to settle any outstanding amount with the concerning bank according to the policies, terms and conditions of the bank who has the said jurisdiction governing the legal use of that credit card owned by you, the buyer or cardholder.

Notice
PinoyDVD may deliver notice to you by means of electronic mail, a general notice on the web site, or by written communication delivered by mail to your address on record in PinoyDVD’s account information.

Miscellaneous
These terms and conditions are made in and shall be construed, enforced, performed and governed by the laws of Philippines, excluding choice of law.
